sunsets

this page was found in a photo album in a thrift store. The album wasn't full of photos, but there were quite a few polaroids in the middle. there are pictures of people gathered around on Christmas opening gifts and a little poodle doing some things. and then these- two almost identical polaroids of a sunset over water. i asked the man working if i could take out the pictures because i didn't want the whole book. of course, perplexed by this, he said "who are these people??" I said "beats the hell out of me, i just like the pictures." (but i like the idea that maybe i had walked into a thrift store and randomly found some pictures of people i knew so i wanted to keep them) he didn't seem to have a problem with it, so i took the ones i wanted.
these two are permanently stuck to the page so i quickly removed the page from the album and put it in my bag.
